  • Where are you located?  Beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii
  • What is your Return Policy?  We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your package.  Please see RETURNS at the bottom of the page for more details!
  • How will my package ship?  We ship all packages through USPS.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your package ships.
  • How long will it take for my package to arrive?  Processing and fulfillment at our warehouse usually takes 1-3 days from the date we receive your order.  Delivery times will vary, depending on USPS and where the package is being delivered.  Tracking info is emailed to help you better guesstimate your package's arrival.
  • Can you cancel my order?   We'll try!  As long as the order has not left our warehouse, we can cancel your order.  Call us at 808-447-9987 or email at orders@upandriding.com to see if you qualify.
  • Can I use my Gift Card/Store Credit I received from the physical store for online purchases?  Our brick and mortar stores have a different POS (Point of Sale) system from our online store, so we currently cannot redeem physical, store bought gift cards or redeem in-store store credits for online purchases.  We are working to integrate this soon!
  • Can I receive Loyalty Points (AppCard) for my online purchase? Unfortunately not at this time, but we are working to include this feature for our online customers soon!
