Returns
If you are not 100% stoked on your purchase, we will happily accept merchandise in resaleable condition for exchange or refund within 30 days from the day you received your package. Items must be in perfect condition with all tags attached and if applicable, in it's original packaging. We require proof of purchase for all exchanges and refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
All sales are final on permanent markdown items and gift cards.
Once we receive your return we will notify you and begin to process your items. All return items are inspected thoroughly and proof of purchase is validated. Once your return has been approved, we will notify you on your return approval and will begin to process your refund or exchange. Approval process takes 1-3 days from the date we receive your package.
If you qualify for a refund, depending on your bank, your funds should be processed within 1-3 business days from the approval date. Exchanges will ship out within 1-3 days from the approval date.
You can also return/exchange your items at our Honolulu store, located at Kahala Mall. You must provide proof of purchase.
** Due to new Covid-19 restrictions for the island of Oahu, our Kahala Mall location is currently closed. We plan to reopen 9/25/20 **
